If you prefer to collect the email addresses yourself, be sure to provide your staff with the proper tools to facilitate email acquisition.

  • Identify a time and place to prompt your customers for their emails (like while they are checking in our out).
  • Have a form handy and in the right spot to catch your customers.
  • Communicate your plan to the rest of the staff and set goals.

  • Make a point to follow up if customers happen to leave the field blank and explain what it will be used for to put them at ease (i.e. never spam).

How to Turn on Email Finder Today:

  1. Log into Demandforce D3
  2. Click in the “Setup” (upper right hand corner)
  3. Click on “Email Finder” (lower left hand side)
  4. Select the “On” radio button, initial, and “Save”
