Fall officially started today and to celebrate the end of a great summer at Demandforce, we are excited to announce a new feature update for Demandforce D3, as well as a very special honor bestowed upon us.

September Product Release – A New Look for Your Dashboard
With so many changes happening to Demandforce D3 over the last year, we realized it was time to update the Dashboard so it displays the most pertinent information when you first login to your portal. As you can see below, we have reorganized the data and updated the three boxes at the very top of the page, keeping you up-to-date on three important components of Demandforce D3 – Reputation, Communications and the Network. Having trouble keeping track of our your customer’s vehicle records and mileage?  Editing communications is one of the easiest ways to connect with your customer base and allow them to help you.  Regardless of industry, including a custom message adds a personal touch to your standard Welcome and Thank You communications.

In Automotive industry, it is extremely difficult to keep track of when your customers sell vehicles and the exact mileage of specific vehicles in your database. However, by simply adding a phrase that highlights the Vehicle Information Box in your DF communications, you can empower your customers to update your database in Demandforce and help you send them correct and timely messages regarding their vehicles. Getting To Know Your Campaigns Tab

5081916903 d19a34df8f Getting To Know Your Campaigns TabOne of the most frequently asked questions by our customers is, “What more can I do with Demandforce?”  In response, one of the first areas we take a look at is your Campaigns tab, and the first question we ask is, “Are you fully utilizing your campaigns each month?”  The Campaigns tab is a critical component of Demandforce, and whether you choose to send a newsletter or a promotion, these are levels of communication with your customers that are completely FREE for you to use.  Here are some helpful tips you can reference while sending campaigns:

1)      Plan ahead. It may take a while to think of a campaign you would like to send to your customers, patients or guests.  Brainstorm ideas and gain feedback well before your send date to prevent a lot of future headaches.

2)     Take advantage of holidays. Look at the calendar and use national holidays, change in seasons, or industry specific promotional months such as customer appreciation month, national safety week, etc. to plan out your campaign schedule. (more…)

Take Your Marketing to the Future with QR Codes

Puzzled by the black and white square boxes popping up on billboards across town or on the pages of magazines? These small barcode-like images are quick response (QR) codes. Smartphone users can download applications on their phones to read these QR codes like supermarket scanners with their phones’ cameras. QR codes direct users to websites, driving directions and various digital media such as videos and photos.

On March 18th, all Demandforce clients will have an option to display a QR code on each of the communications that we send out on your behalf. With your QR code displayed on your communications, anyone who has a smartphone with a QR code scanning app can scan the code and be taken directly to your Demandforce Business Profile. This new feature allows your customers to easily retrieve your business information. (more…)

The Demandforce Business Profile is a robust and attractive site designed to encourage customers to close the loop on the email communications and marketing efforts driven from your Demandforce software, including appointment confirmations and requests, reviews and promotions.

New Feature Release!

As we enter into the Fall and Winter months, we are excited to share some core enhancements we’ve made to Demandforce D3 to help businesses stay successful. You asked, and we listened.

Highlights of our Fall feature release includes:

  • Demandforce Mobile users can now receive daily alerts when reviews are submitted.
  • Every business now has the ability to upload larger business logos– up to 200 px wide and as tall as you want!
  • “Service areas” have been added so customers can list the areas their business serves either using zip codes or city names. 

This is just a glimpse of the new features we are implementing. As always, feedback is welcome. We look forward to launching even more new features in the New Year!

Demandforce is at it again! We want to tell you all about some amazing new features we are launching this week that will benefit our entire customer base!

Our latest features are going to make your online presence even more robust and allow you to connect Demandforce data with your website, easy and fast!

Here is a quick rundown:

  • Demandforce WebFeed™: Demandforce WebFeed automatically submits business profile information to more than 90 Internet sites and search engines through a trusted feed, ensuring a consistent online brand throughout the Web. Trust that no matter where potential customers search online, your information will be accurate and up-to-date.
  • Demandforce Connect: With Demandforce Connect, our customers can now embed Demandforce Easy Scheduler and certified consumer reviews into their website. In addition, Demandforce has expanded its developer SDK, making it easier for software vendors to integrate with Demandforce D3.
  • Demandforce Social Media Tools (Beta): Soon our customers will have the ability to post their customer reviews instantaneously on their social media pages, as well as allow customers and prospects to schedule appointments direct from their pages.
