Hey Demandforcers! Are you guys actively using facebook? Well are you guys actively using facebook effectively? New reports published by Buddy Media, a leading social media company for major brands, may give insight on the best way to engage your customers.
In short, day of the week, time, and how you interact with your customers on facebook can have vastly different effects. Buddy Media shows peak facebook activity happens at 7 AM, 5 PM, and 11 PM all EST. So as a business it seems worthwhile to post outside of regular business hours and try and target these times.
